Return Policy

At Challenger Corporation, we stand behind the excellence of our products. 16,000 satisfied customers, 3,800 hours of accredited CME coursework, and two decades in business are testaments to our reputation. As a matter of course, we offer free demo versions of all our products on request. We encourage all potential clients to carefully review a demo product prior to purchasing, in order to determine if the product will suit their needs, and to review the clearly stated system requirements for the type of computer and operating system on which Challenger programs can be operated. Once a product has been opened, Challenger operates under an "All Sales Final" policy.

Challenger will accept unopened merchandise for refund within 30 days of purchase and offer to either replace the item or refund it. However, the following products, whether opened or not, are ineligible for refund under any circumstances:

 

  1. Challenger Lifetime Subscription (CLS), Med-Challenger PLUS, institutional or corporate installations, hard copy textbooks, and article reprints.
  2. Sales to buyers in locations outside of the United States.
  3. Sales made by independent resellers or distributors or any other company other than directly through the Challenger Corporation.

 

The qualified refund customer is responsible for all shipping and insurance charges for returning the unopened product to Challenger. The customer is responsible for any loss or damage during shipment. Returns must include contact information for the purchaser and the sender and should be sent to:

To qualify for any refund, you must contact Challenger Corporation at 800-701-3041 and obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN) within thirty (30) days of your purchase date. Products returned without a RAN do not qualify for this program. For unopened products that qualify for refund, Challenger will refund the purchase within 30 days of the receipt of the returned item.

Products must be returned to Challenger in good working order with all components from the original shipment, including any free products that were included as a part of the purchase. Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts is excluded. If you are approved for a refund, you will be charged for any goods or services that were provided free as part of a promotion by Challenger Corporation and not returned to the company.

For product returns meeting these qualifications, Challenger Corporation will notify you to return your products to the company and refund the purchase within 30 days of receipt of the returned product. The terms and conditions of this offer are subject to change at any time by Challenger Corporation.

"Special Offers" - Where non-Challenger (third-party) products are featured in offers, Challenger is not responsible for the performance or warraties of third party products. Due to the unique nature of these offerings and any dependence on third-party hardware and software, all sales are final.

Requests for invoices to be submitted to third parties can only be fulfilled when the buyer provides the name and contact information for the third party paying organization. Should there subsequently be a request for a refund, the third party institution will be contacted to verify that reimbursement has not been made, nor will be made, to the individual buyer.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
